The following information is provided pursuant to Art. 45 of the Act on the Supervision of Insurers (LSA), relating to the activities of Loyal Group GmbH (hereinafter “Loyal Group” or “we”) as an insurance and financial intermediary.
1 - Loyal Group is an independent financial intermediary (as well as an insurance intermediary). The company is registered with FINMA under the number F01202725 and is located at Sumpfstrasse 18, 6312 Steinhausen - ZG. The advisor responsible for providing consultation is employed by and collaborates with Loyal Group, acting in the interest of the client.
2 - The products offered come from several companies in the insurance and financial sectors; for example, banks, insurance companies, and investment funds. Below are the partners with which Loyal Group currently conducts its mediation activities: Swiss Life AG, Lichtenstein Life AG, Zurich AG, Helvetia AG, Smile Direct AG, Asisa Prezisa, Generali AG, La Mobiliare AG, Liberty Previdenza AG, CSS AG, Helsana AG. Collaborations with partner companies may change over time, which is why Loyal Group reserves the right to modify the list above at any time. The mandate remains valid even if there is a change in any of the partner companies.
3 - The portfolio management services as well as the resulting tasks, such as contract administration, request for quotes, contract modifications, correspondence, and consultation, are provided at no cost to the client to the extent that these activities are compensated through commission and fee payments from the companies. The client hereby declares that the fees paid by the companies to Loyal Group (usually between 1 and 15% of the premium) are retained and used to cover Loyal Group’s expenses. The client thus waives any claim for commission as well as any legal right against them.
4 – Loyal Group is liable for negligence, errors, or incorrect information related to its intermediary activities. However, Loyal Group shall not be liable for damages, regardless of the cause, if the tasks have been carried out with the required diligence and professionalism, and it does not assume liability for any false statements or deliberate omissions made by the client when submitting insurance proposals, who accepts the consequences indicated in Art. 39 / 40 LCA.
5 – The collection of personal data by Loyal Group is essential to provide an in-depth analysis of the client’s economic and financial situation; such personal data includes, for example: first name, last name, date of birth, address, email, telephone number, nationality, permit, occupation, marital status, social security number, copy of identification documents, bank statements, income, assets, financial solvency, contract data related to existing contracts as well as data regarding health status. Loyal Group commits to taking all necessary measures to protect the personal data entrusted by the client. The data is processed confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties except to the partners with whom Loyal Group has entered into a cooperation agreement. 6 - The information pursuant to Art. 45 LSA is made available in several languages to facilitate understanding by international visitors and clients. For interpretation purposes and in the event of any legal disputes, the Italian version shall be considered the official and prevailing version over any translations.
